What Is Prophetic Heart Healing?
Prophetic Heart Healing (PHH) is a Spirit-led inner healing experience that creates space for you to encounter Jesus personally and receive healing at the root level of the heart.
In this space, you don't have to perform or have it all together. You simply come — and Jesus meets you there.
Together, we create space for the Holy Spirit to move. I listen. You listen. And often, in ways that feel both gentle and undeniable, He goes straight to what's been sitting in your chest — bringing truth, peace, and freedom to places that striving never reached. No formulas. No forced breakthroughs. Just you, Him, and room to finally receive what He's been waiting to give you.
What to Expect in a Prophetic Heart Healing Session
Each Prophetic Heart Healing session is designed to be safe, honoring, and Spirit -led.
Clients leave these sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more like themselves than they have in years. Not because they got advice. Because they finally got free!
Each session is a private, Spirit-led space where you can slow down, be present, and meet with the Lord without pressure or expectation.
Together, we create an environment of prayer and attentiveness to the Holy Spirit, allowing Jesus to lead the time and reveal what He wants to address.
You can expect a safe, confidential space where you are seen and not rushed - gentle guidance to help you recognize His voice, and complete freedom from pressure. Nothing to perform, fix, or force. Just room for healing, clarity, and peace to emerge naturally.
Your role is not to figure anything out or get it “right.” Simply come open and willing. Jesus does the rest.
Sessions Are Held Virtually -From Wherever You Are
You don't have to get dressed up, drive somewhere, or hold yourself together in a waiting room. You can show up exactly as you are-in your home, in your quiet place, in the space where you're most yourself.
Many women find that being in their own environment actually allows them to go deeper. There's no performance, no commute, no transition back into "life mode" the moment the session ends.
Just you, your space, and room for Jesus to meet you there.
Your Session Facilitator
My name is Tonja Willis. For much of my life I was the woman who had it together — committed, consistent, dependable, and deeply in love with God. I showed up. I led where I was called. I carried responsibility without complaint. But underneath all of it was a quiet exhaustion I couldn't name and wasn't sure I was allowed to feel.
Then came a very public failure that brought everything to the surface — and with it, a choice I could no longer avoid: keep living inside the expectations that had quietly shaped me into someone I didn't fully recognize... or say yes to the woman God actually created me to be.
I chose yes.
That yes opened a door to the deepest journey of my life — one where Jesus began to heal places in my heart I didn't even know were wounded, restore parts of my identity I had silently surrendered, and show me what it feels like to lead and live from wholeness instead of pressure.
That same healing is not only possible for you — it's waiting for you.
As a Certified Facilitator trained through Prophetic Heart Healing, my role in our session is simply to hold the space - so Jesus can do what only He can do.

Answers to Your Questions - Empowering Your Path to Healing and Growth
What happens during a PHH session?
In our session, we’ll slow down and make space to connect with Jesus together. My role is to help create a safe, honoring environment while the Holy Spirit leads. You may sense Him bringing a memory, an image, a scripture, or simply His peace - I'll help you recognize and respond to what He's doing. Each session is unique and unfolds at its own pace — nothing is rushed or forced.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
No preparation is required. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are. If you’d like, you can take a few quiet moments beforehand to ask Jesus what He may want to share, but this is completely optional.
Is everything we talk about confidential?
Everything shared in our session is treated as private and confidential. I hold that with great care.
As a mandated reporter, there are specific exceptions - if information involves current abuse, harm to a minor, or situations where someone is in immediate danger, I'm required by law to report it. Outside of those specific circumstances, our time together remains completely private.
Is this counseling or therapy?
Prophetic Heart Healing sessions are prayer-based and focused on spiritual connection and inner healing. They are not therapy, but they can be a meaningful part of a broader healing journey - and for many women, the missing piece they hadn't found anywhere else.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s journey is different. Some people feel complete after one session, while others choose to continue with additional sessions. There’s no pressure either way. If you’re interested in continuing, we can discern next steps together after your session.
I've never done anything like this before. How do I know if I'm ready?
I'f you're reading this page and something inside you is saying, "this is for me"; that's enough. You don't need to fully understand what Prophetic Heart Healing is before you begin. You don't need to have the right words, the right level of faith, or a clear picture of what needs to heal.
Readiness doesn't mean having it together. It means being willing. Jesus already knows what He wants to address. Your only role is to show up open - and let Him lead from there. The first session is designed to be a gentle, no-pressure introduction. If it doesn't feel right, you're not committed to anything further.
